WOKE-ism is a Slap in the Face of MLK JR and Civil Rights

By: @FiredUpPhil  (Free Thinker & Truth Seeker)

Martin Luther King JR was not only unequivocally one of the most influential people regarding the civil rights movement but one of the most influential and reverence deserving men in all of history.

The more I study and learn about MLK the more admiration and respect I have for his character as man.  He is by far one of my favorite people historically for the courage, passion, integrity and faith he held. His philosophies, viewpoints and spiritual biblical insights are thought provoking and life transforming.

In my eyes Martin Luther King Jr was a spiritual warrior.  He was a “ Truth Seeker” and he courageously followed his beliefs.  He sought the Lord, listened, learned, took action and changed the course of history in America.  Not only for black Americans but whites and others as well.  Equality affects all people.  He was a man that conquered hatred and brought people together through love, demonstration and education.

In 1963, a mixed race gathering of approximately 250,000 people peaceably protested at the Lincoln Memorial seeking to bring forth racial equality. What a beautiful picture below of a sea of faces demonstrating lawful constitutional freedom and reppin a common goal and outcome.

During this assembly Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his most notable “I Have a Dream” speech and declared his belief, hope and vision that someday all men would be brothers, ..and that one day his children would live in a nation where they would “not be judged by the color of their skin, race or religion but by the content of their character.”

This civil rights movement largely influenced and led by King resulted in the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, giving equal voting rights, outlawed discrimination and pushed desegregation.

Fast forward 50+ years and MLK JR’s teachings and movement for equality have allowed his “I have a dream” to become a reality.  Now more so than ever before in US history regardless of our differences especially skin color we are men and women judged equally based our character instead of our color.  We are given opportunity based on our skills not our skin. ..And that is a great testament to the civil rights works of a great man!

And yet some would have you believe that widespread cultural systemic racism still rules the USA and that "white privilege" is still holding black and brown people from equal opportunity. Racism to some degree will always exist and that's from all sides but it's not systemic.

This victimhood mindset is the exact opposite philosophies taught by Martin Luther King Jr.  Violent BLM rioting, protesting and speaking open violent hatred towards law enforcement is a slap in the face of the teachings, beliefs and methods of arguably the greatest civil rights leader of all time.  MLK would never have condoned this type of behavior or bought into this type of victim minded limitation.

Did you know that “socialism” (watered down communism) uses the exploitation of racial division and tensions to gain traction for advancement.  This strategy has been used by communists for a long time even going back to the civil rights era of the 60’s.

Martin Luther King Jr had much to say about this evil philosophy of government…

“Communism is the only serious rival to Christianity.  A true Christian cannot be a true communist for the two philosophies are antithetical and all the dialectics of the logicians cannot reconcile them.”  (meaning they are fundamentally incompatible)

“Communism is based on materialistic and humanistic view of life and history. It’s based on ethical relativism and accepts no stable moral absolutes.  And it attributes ultimate value to the state instead of the people.”

Basically communism is an atheistic belief of materialism & humanism in which ultimately right and wrong are always relative to the end justifying the means in which the people do not have the inalienable rights because they are instead determined by the Gov.  So the government has all the power and control.

“If Americans permit thought-control, business-control & freedom-control we will surely move into the shadows of fascism.”  ~ Martin Luther King Jr

Since socialism philosophy doesn’t care about how they accomplish the means to the end.. They will use cheap unethical strategies to accomplish their advancement even if that means manufacturing racism and division.

In the book A Racial Program for the Twentieth Century, published in 1913 by Israel Cohen of the Fabian Society (a socialism advancement org) he wrote:

“ We must realize that our Party’s most powerful weapon is racial tension. By propounding into the consciousness of the dark races, that for centuries have been oppressed by the whites, we can mold them to the program of the Communist Party … In America, we will aim for subtle victory.”

WOKE-ism is the new facade to accomplish this.

I define WOKE-ism as:

"A planned systemic racist ideology to establish brainwashing of its followers to falsely propagate unity with a disguised goal of segregation to manimulate  advance mass control to the hands of the established fascist elite"

Woke is ironically a systemically racist ideology in and of itself claiming to cure systemic racism.  It's hypocritical in nature.  It's political propaganda fueled off of feeding the past resentment of black people for the injustices they previously faced.

Let's kick it back to MLK’s thoughts and teaching and take another lesson..  Something he instructed and warned us about..

“A nation or civilization that continues to produce its own soft-minded men purchases its own spiritual death on an installment plan.

Few people have the toughness of mind to judge critically and discern truth.  Our minds are constantly being invaded by legions of half-truths, prejudices and false facts.  One of the greatest needs of mankind is to be lifted above the morass of false propaganda.”

He was referring to his interpretation in Mat 10:16

No one can make you see the propaganda if you’re not wiling to look.  But it’s my belief that if you seek you’ll find and uncover "the truths in this new age of lies".  I believe discernment is your responsibility to truth.

It is my hope and prayers too that one day we can live in the world that MLK described and NOT judge one another by our color or race but as brothers and sisters in Christ and not even see our differences.  Becoming one in mind in christ through love.  The bible does not see race it refers to ONE BLOOD.

Denominations are man made.  There is no segregation in the true body of christ.  Of course we have cultural differences that shape us as unique creations of our heavenly father's hand (thank God cause i love soul food & hip hop culture) but division is a weapon of the enemy.

Don't let him win!  It's our responsibility to be "wise as serpents" as instructed in Mat 10:16 which means deciphering truth through the lies and deceit.

A final word from Dr Martin Luther King Jr…

“Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity”

I’ll leave that in our thoughts to meditate on..
